Sentosa is launching its first food festival – Sentosa Food Fest 2022 – this October 21 to December 31. The food festival, held in combination with Sentosa’s Golden Jubilee, will feature four different events over a 10-week period. Look forward to beachside barbecues, craft beer, and various food trucks serving delicious food. Restaurants in Sentosa will also lash out special menu items just for the festival.
This year’s Sentosa GrillFest will be the largest one to date, involving 31 food vendors and over 200 offerings for foodies out there. Stretched between Beach Plaza and Scentopia, the festival spans over four different zones offering local favourites, live grilling stations and an entertainment area with drinks and music. Some items on the menu include grilled striploin, charcoal battered fish and chips and meats by grocer Angliss.
The Sentosa Restaurant Trail brings together the island’s 12 venues – from beach clubs to waterfront dining. Try different cuisines as these eateries will present lunch and dinner set menus ranging from $30 to $80. Participating restaurants include FOC Sentosa, Ola Beach Club, Bedrock Origin and Greenwood Fish Market. Dishes include steak; squid ink paella and the Hawaiian-inspired huli huli chicken.
Food market and free movie screenings will be available at the Food Truck Fiesta, held at Palawan Green. Visitors can grab a bite and chill out with free screenings, courtesy of Movies by the Beach.
Located at Southside, look forward to various brews by local and international brands. Food-related programmes and activities like cooking workshops and sustainable farming workshops will also be carried out at the Sentosa Food Festival. Additional details will be released at a later time.
